Equipment quotation:
500 L/H two stage reverse osmosis (USD): 2.85 ( the circulation tube is calculated according to the actual amount)
- Maintenance of water treatment equipment
- Quartz sand should be replaced after 1-2 years.
- Activated carbon needs to be replaced after using 1-2 years ( running 6 hours a day ).
- Filter element change once or twice at least a month for two times (not washable,reused).
- Wash the film in time according to pressure difference (about 1-2 times a year).
- Disinfect the system, tubes and tanks regularly.
- Regular manual low pressure cleaning film ( Adjust to film pressure to 2-3KG ).
The reverse osmosis membrane has a life span of about 2-3 years (according to the local raw water quality ).
- Regularly modify the optimum operating pressure.
- Perform a standardized operation record.
